Starting from a flat surface, studying proportions, corners and
connections: a game of geometry. A balanced proportion of
thin planes, surfaces which bend to reinvigorate the frame,
joining together and enhancing the stretched lines that follow
the entire perimeter, extending in total lightness and airiness
where the rear legs are connected. The word heron as the
name for this chair was chosen for a significant reason:
lightness is the surprising characteristic of this chair, given by
the geometry of the seat and backrest and remarkably
enhanced by the legs, consisting of slim metal wires that curve
where they hit the ground. Made with metal legs or fully
upholstered. Available also in the version Heron up, with a
higher backrest.
